This is a nice place to camp of you are going hunting or fishing for the weekend. I have a small problem with the campsite rules and the staff's interpretation of them. There are posted quiet hours from 10pm-6am which everyone abides by. Unfortunatley what anyone does inbetween those non quiet hours apparently does not matter to the staff. Our campsite neighbor was blasting music on their car stereo so loud we had trouble holding a conversation. Most campsites have a "keep it to yourself" rule which basically means that if your party overflows to thr neighbors campsite you need to tone it down. Willis creek does not have this rule. I asked the staff if they could ask the people to turn down the music and they said that as long as it wasnt 10 pm they wouldnt i terfere. This is a pretty lousy way to run a campsite and basically means that one single person can ruin an evening for 15 paying customers. I will be thinking twice about coming back in the future.

Great place to trailer horses to for trail riding. Not rocky at all, very little changes in elevation, pretty good ground. Horses all enjoy it there and it is not overly taxing or challenging so useful with both green horses and older horses alike.
