Never knew this gem was here until 2 days ago. Beautiful lake, clean sites not all on top of each other and seems like a family place not party town. The sunset was amazing!
Very disappointed for several reasons. People up and rowdy after 11:30. Sounded like domestic violence. Could not enjoy the swim area due to loud horrible music playing by under aged drinking teens. many family's sitting around with young children. 5 year olds don't need to hear the N word, F word, P word and sexually explicit language. This place would be 5 star if not for teens who have no respect for anyone, hanging around in the park with no parental supervision. It's a nice park but im not comfortable with my kids being around teens drunk and foul mouthed.

Not overcrowded with camping spots but reservations ahead of time are a must. They have first come spots but those are taken quick. Beautiful wildflowers and lots of fun for the kids. The playground was a hit, lots of kids riding bikes. The beach day use area was very clean and not crowded at all on Good Friday. The only issue we had was rowdy campers partying until 4am, during "quiet hours." And it was SUPER windy which made it hard to sleep in a tent. Otherwise, awesome place!
